Ingredients
- 24 oz. Oreida Shredded Potatoes
- 1 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup melted butter

Step 1
Thaw potatoes until they can be separated with a fork. Set aside. Mix all other ingredients and put in buttered casserole dish. Cook at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 pan for 45 minutes.
