  • 24 oz. Oreida Shredded Potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw potatoes until they can be separated with a fork. Set aside. Mix all other ingredients and put in buttered casserole dish. Cook at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 pan for 45 minutes.
