Ingredients

  • 1/2

    Ripe Pear

  • Juice from 1/2 Small Orange (such as a tangelo or valencia orange)

  • 1

    Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1

    Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 5-6

    Fresh Basil Leaves

  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Directions

In a blender, food processor, or Magic Bullet, mix all ingredient together until frothy. Pour into a cute container and serve atop your salad, in a sandwich or wrap, or use it as a dip. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
