9 LAYER CHILI DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 pkgs. spicy taco mix
  • 2 pints Skyline chili, no beans
  • 2 (4 oz. each) cans green chilies
  • 1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 4 c. shredded cheese
  • 3 c. finely shredded lettuce, divided
  • 2 cans low-fat refried beans
  • 2 c. salsa (mild to medium), chunky, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together sour cream, yogurt, cream cheese and taco mix. Divide 2/3 and 1/3. Spread beans on the bottom of a 9x13 pan and layer as follows onto the beans: chili; cream cheese mixture; salsa; 1-1/2 cups lettuce; chiles; diced tomatoes; shredded cheese; 1-1/2 cups lettuce.

Other items can be added if you like, such as sliced olives, etc.
