. Cream butter with 1/3c powered sugar, add vanilla extract . Combine dry ingredients except 1/2c powdered sugar, add to creamed butter and mix thoroughly . Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours . preheat oven to 325 . Divide and shape dough into 1" balls, place 1" a part on parchment lined baking sheet, bake for 15-18 minutes, should be firm to the touch . Cool or 1 minute, then roll cookies in powdered sugar and sweet cocoa
