Ingredients
- 1 c butter softened
- 1/3 c powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 c a.p. flour
- 1 c ground pecans
- 1/2 c German sweet chocolate
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1/4 c sweetened cocoa

Preparation
Step 1
. Cream butter with 1/3c powered sugar, add vanilla extract
. Combine dry ingredients except 1/2c powdered sugar, add to creamed butter and mix thoroughly
. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours
. preheat oven to 325
. Divide and shape dough into 1" balls, place 1" a part on parchment lined baking sheet, bake for 15-18 minutes, should be firm to the touch
. Cool or 1 minute, then roll cookies in powdered sugar and sweet cocoa
