LEMON CAKE PIE

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup sweet milk
  • 2 tbsp. flour, all·purpose
  • 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
  • 8 or 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together in order given above. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake in 350°F oven 45 minutes or until golden brown.
