Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Easy and a favorite!

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cup flour
• 1 ts baking powder
• 1 ts soda
• 1/4 ts salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 ts vanilla
• 1/2 pint (1 cup) sour cream
• Topping
• 1 ts cinnamon
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together the dry ingredients.
Mix the eggs, vanilla and butter together and add the dry ingredients to it. Fold in the sour cream.
Put half of the batter into a greased and floured tube pan.
Sprinke with the topping mixture.
Add the remainder of the batter on top of the cinnamon sugar mixture, top with addition sugar.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
