Ingredients
- 3 or 4 lbs. spare or country style ribs
- Onions
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle ketchup
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. water
Preparation
Step 1
Trim and bake ribs with onions, salt and pepper for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Drain grease after baking. Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour over ribs and bake an additional 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can put sliced onions on top of meat before baking.
