    cups brown sugar

    teaspoons vanilla or 1/2 vanilla and 1/2 almond extract

    cups chocolate chips

    cups sweetened coconut

    cups chopped almonds

Directions

pre heat oven 375 degrees lightly grease cookie sheet In large bowl cream butter and sugars together. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla, Stir in dry ingredients until well mixed then stir in chocolate chips, coconut and almonds Drop by rounded spoonful's on prepared cookie sheet Bake 8-10 minutes cool a few minutes before removing from cookie sheet This makes a very big batch you can half it unless you are baking for a special occasion you need a lot of cookies for. They freeze good.
