Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients

  • 4 lb. beef short ribs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 med. onions, sliced
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. liquid (water, broth or BBQ sauce)

Preparation

Step 1

Dredge ribs in flour, salt and pepper. Brown well. Layer onions, ribs and liquid. Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours.
