Ingredients

    eggs beaten

  • 1

    tblsp sugar

  • ½

    tsp salt

  • 1

    cup of milk or water

  • flour

Directions

Add enough flour to make a thick dough. Then add enough water to thin it down to a watery consistency. Cook on pancake griddle. Spread fresh jam over pancake and roll the pancake. Enough for 2 adults.
