- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 medium cucumber(with peel left on)
- 1 banana (peeled and frozen into chunks)
- 1 ripe kiwis (peeled and frozen into halves)
- 2-3 handfuls of fresh spinach or any greens
- 1 red apple (with peel)
- 1 pear (with peel)
- 1/2 avacado
- 2 chopped dates (for sweetness)
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the cucumber, banana and kiwis into coins; can freeze the banana, kiwi, and dates ahead of time.
Put coconut water in blender. Add fruit, cucumber and avacado.
Add spinach/greens and blend until smooth. Serve right away or pour into a bottle and take with you on the go.
