Chile Pie

I love this for breakfast with coffee!

Ingredients

  • 4 4oz cans green chiles (whole)
  • 1 lb monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tblsp milk
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 9x13 pan. Drain peppers, layer peppers to form crust. Mix eggs with fork, add cheese & other ingredients. Spread on top of peppers. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375.
