Tortellini Primavera with Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (9oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1 pkg (16oz) frozen broccoli stir-fry veggies
  • 8 oz fat-free sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook tortellini and vegetables in 3 quarts of boiling water for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables and pasta are tender. Drain and return to pan.
Combine sour cream, pesto, and salt, stirring well. Gently stir sour cream mixture into pasta mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and pepper.
