Ingredients
- Spinach
- Olive oil
- Onion
- Garlic
- Grape tomatoes
- Black olives
- Feta cheese
- Lemon juice
- Black pepper
- Sugar
- Oregano
Preparation
Step 1
On the stove, simmer together:
olive oil, onion, garlic, grape tomatoes, pinch of sugar, oregano, black pepper. Simmer until onion is softened and tomatoes have burst.
Add lemon juice, then pour over spinach and mix. Add black olives and feta cheese.
