Chinese Style Hamburger Hash

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hambuger
  • 2 tsp. salad oil
  • 2 medium onions chopped
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1 19 oz. can bean sprouts
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can chow main noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat, add onions, celery mushrooms, bean sprouts, both soups and warm water. Stir in rice, soy sauce and pepper. Put in casserole dish, cover and bake @350F for 30 minutes, uncover and continue baking for 30 minutes more. Cover with chow mein noodles, continue baking for 15 minutes longer.
