Ingredients
- 2 (8.5 ounce) packages corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream- style corn
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup (2 ounce) shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
• Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
• Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir just until moistened.
• Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
• Bake at 400 degrees for 17 to 20 minutes or until golden.
