Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb hamburger
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 C soft bread crumbs (or oatmeal)
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
- Sauce
- 12 oz bottle chili sauce
- 12 oz water
- 16 oz can sauerkraut, undrained
- 16 oz WHOLE cranberry sauce
- 1 C brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
-Form hamburger ingredients into 60 small balls
-Put in single layer in 2 9X13 pans
-Mix sauce ingredients and h3eat until almost boiling; pour over meatballs
-Bake at 350 uncovered for 1 hour
