Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C mayo
- 1 C (4-oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 C thinly sliced green onions w/ tops
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 loaf french bread (abt 20")
- halved lengthwise
- 1/3 C minced fresh parsley, optional
- paprika, optional
Preparation
Step 1
mix mayo, cheese, onions & garlic
spread on bread halves
if desired, sprinkle w/ parsley &
paprika
wrap each half in foil
refrig for 1-2 hrs or freeze
unwrap & place on baking sheet
bake @400 for 8-10 min or until puffed
but not brown
(20-25 min if frozen)
cut into slices
