Ingredients
- 4 C loosely packed basil leaves
- 1/2 C grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, halved
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 C pine nuts toasted
- 1/2 C olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place basil, parmesan cheese, garlic and salt in food processor. Pulse until chopped.
2. Add the pine nuts; process again until blended
3. While processing, gradually add the oil in a steady stream.
