Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 T. chopped parsley
  • 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chops. Blend soup, water sour cream, & parsley. In 2 qt. casserole
alternate layers of potatoes sprinkled with salt & pepper. Add sauce.
Top with chops. Cover. Bake 375 for 1 1/4 hours.
