Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 TBL butter or marg
  • 2 TBL flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 C milk
  • 1/2 C shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

melt butter in 2 C measure
stir in flour & salt, blending until
smooth
add milk gradually, stirring constantly
microwave on high for 2-3 1/2 min
until thickened - stirring every
30 seconds
add cheese, stirring well
heat 30 seconds, if necessary to melt
cheese
