Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 3 C shredded jack cheese (12-O)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 C cottage cheese
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 8-oz green chilies
- 1/2 C flour
Preparation
Step 1
in lg. bowl beat eggs w/ electric mixer
till light (4-5 min)
stir tog. flour, baking powder & salt
add to eggs
mix well
fold in cheeses & chilies
bake in 9x13" pan @ 350 for abt. 40 min.
or until light brown
remove from oven
let stand 10 min
cut in sm. squares
serve hot ot cold
