Easy Overnight Rolls

I made these over Christmas vacation and they were really great! Certainly a keeper!

Ingredients
- For Cinnamon Rolls:
- 2 pkgs. (1/4 oz. each) active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 C warm water (110-115)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 1/2 C sugar
- 5 3/4 to 6 1/4 C all purpose flour
- 1 pkg. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 C softened butter divided

Preparation
Step 1
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine eggs, butter, sugar salt yeast mixture and 3 C flour; beat on med. speed until smooth. Stir in enough of the remaining flour to form a very soft dough (the dough will be sticky)
2. Do not knead. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate overnite.
3. If making cinnamon rolls, roll out dough the morning after making the dough. Cover rolled out dough with melted butter, sprinkle on brown sugar/cinnamon mixture.
4. Roll up jelly-roll style. Cut into slices.
5. Let Rise again for about 30 min.
6. Bake at 375 for about 20-25 min or until golden brown.
