Apple Martini

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup vodka
• 1/4 cup sour apple schnapps
• 1/4 cup apple juice
• 1 apple to garnish
• caramel apple ice cream topping for rim of martini glass
• cinnamon graham crackers, crushed for the rim of the glass

Preparation

Step 1

Drizzle caramel topping down the inside rim of glass and chill.
Pour vodka, schnapps and apple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Dip rimmed glass into crushed crackers.
Shake well and strain into a pitcher or a chilled martini glass.
Top with a thin slice of apple.
