cup softened butter. 1 cup warm milk. 2¼. tsp yeast ¼ cup sugar. 2 eggs. ½ tsp salt. 4 cups flour.
in stand mixer bowl add butter milk & yeast. DO NOT STIR. allow to sit for 5 min. add sugar eggs salt & flour. mix on low speed with paddle.for a few seconds or just till combined. stop mixing once combined let set for 10 min. switch to dough hook. & knead for 10 min. cover dough & let rise in a warm place. for 30 min or till dough has doubled in size. preheat oven to 375. roll dough into balls should make 12 to 15 grease a large baking sheet place balls 2 inches apart. bake 13 to 15 min or till light brown. DO NOT OVER BAKE
