In a large microwavable bowl, break up ground beef. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on High for 3-1/2-4 minutes or until beef loses most of its pink color, stirring and breaking up meat after 2 minutes. Drain well. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl with a fork, beat eggs. In a 12x8x2 inch microwavable baking dish, layer 1-1/2 cups of sauce, 5 noodles, half of the cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese slices, 1-1/2 cups of the sauce, remaining noodles, remaining cottage cheese mixture and remaining sauce. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, turning one corner back. Microwave on High for 8 minutes. Rotate 1/4 turn. Microwave on Medium for 30 minutes or until noodles are tender, rotating 1/2 turn after 15 minutes. Top lasagna with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Microwave uncovered on High for 1 minute. Remove from oven. Cover tightly with foil and let stand for 15 minutes or until set.
