Ingredients

  • 2 c pretzels; crushed
  • 3 tbs plus 3/4 c sugar
  • 3/4 c margarine
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
  • 1 (9 oz) cool whip
  • 1 large strawberry jello
  • 1 small strawberry jello
  • 2 1/2 c boiling water
  • 1 (16 oz) pkg frozen strawberries (do NOT thaw)

Step 1

Mix together pretzels, 3 tbs sugar and margarine. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes. Let cool. Blend cream cheese, 3/4 c sugar and cool whip. Spread over cool pretzel crust. Mix jello and boiling water. Stir until dissolved, then add frozen strawberries. Let stand for 5 minutes. Then pour over cheese filling. Refrigerate, cut and serve.
