Boursin Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 8 oz butter, at room temperature
  • 16 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 3 Tblsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tblsp fresh dill, minced, or 1 tsp dried dill weed, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp chives
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme, crumbled
  • 2 Tblsp minced fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Bring cheeses and butter to room temperature
Crush garlic
Mix cheeses, butter, and garlic.

Add remaining ingredients, and mix well.

Pack into a container just large enough to hold the Boursin, and store in refrigerator.

To serve - bring back to room temperature, serve with crackers.
