Ingredients
- 1 qt. whole milk
- 1 c white sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
Step 1
. Bring milk, sugar, vanilla, to a boil over high heat, then lower heat to medium and stir until milk turns a caramel color and thickens (1 hour)
. Stir in baking soda
. cook until milk turns to a pudding consistency, then cool and serve (used as a dessert topping)
