APPETIZER - Devilled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Put yolks on plate. Add salad dressing, mustard, salt and pepper. Mash with fork until smooth and mixed well. If too dry, add a bit of milk. Fill egg white halves. A pastry tube will give an artistic design.

Sprinkle with paprika.
