Ingredients
- Pepper Sauce:
- 1 1/2 lb Chuck Roast - Sliced thin
- 3 Tbls Shortening
- 2 C Water
- 3 Beef Bouillion Cubes
- 2 Red Peppers
- 2 Green Peppers
- 2 Tbls Cornstarch
- 2 Tbls Soy Sauce
- 1/2 C Water
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat then add water and bouillion - Simmer for 1 hour or till tender.
Add diced peppers and simmer 5 minutes.
Blend cornstarch, soy sauce and water. Add to meat mixture, cook slowly till it thickens.
Serve with Rice
