Ingredients

  • Pepper Sauce:
  • 1 1/2 lb Chuck Roast - Sliced thin
  • 3 Tbls Shortening
  • 2 C Water
  • 3 Beef Bouillion Cubes
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 2 Green Peppers
  • 2 Tbls Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbls Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 C Water

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat then add water and bouillion - Simmer for 1 hour or till tender.

Add diced peppers and simmer 5 minutes.

Blend cornstarch, soy sauce and water. Add to meat mixture, cook slowly till it thickens.

Serve with Rice
