Appetizer Cheese Balls

Ingredients

• Have ready at serving time:
• 3 pkgs cream cheese
• 4 cups shredded cheese
• 2 tbsp pesto
• 1 tbsp grated onion
• 1/4 tsp dry mustard
• 2 drops red pepper sauce
• 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley or cilantro
• 1/4 cup pine nuts
• 2 tbsp chopped red pepper
• assorted crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese, divide in half. mix onion, mustard and pepper sauce into one half. Cover each and about 4 hours or until firm enough to shape. Shape into tree and snowman (if it's Christmas)

*Can shape and freeze for up to 1 month. 12 hours from serving take out and decorate as needed.
