Parmesan Pasta with Chicken and Rosemary

  • 12 oz orcchiette pasta
  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 3/4 cup parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to directions. Shred the chicken discarding the bones and skin. Drain the pasta reserving 1 1/4 cups of the water. Return the pasta to the pot. Add the reserved water, chicken, rosemary 1/2 cup of the parm. salt and pepper. Stir over medium heat until the sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes. Divide among bowls and top with remaining parm.
