Ingredients
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 orange pepper
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 cup roasted almonds (slivered)
- 3 chicken breasts (cooked and chopped)
- Dressing
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 apple cider or balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Chop all veggies to desired size, add chicken and almonds
Mix up dressing and toss.
Refrigerate until served.
