Chicken & Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 cup roasted almonds (slivered)
  • 3 chicken breasts (cooked and chopped)
  • Dressing
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 apple cider or balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Chop all veggies to desired size, add chicken and almonds

Mix up dressing and toss.

Refrigerate until served.
