crispy cheddar chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chnx tenders or 4 breasts
  • 2 sleeves ritz crackers
  • S&P
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups ched chez
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

coat chicken in milk, than ches, than crackers
place in pan and cover
bake 400* for 35 min
remove foil and bake another 15 min

mix soup and sour cream and butter in pan and serve over chicken
