Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lbs pasta
  • 3 lbs Velveeta,cubed
  • 1 1/4 lbs mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 1/4 lbs. Mild cheddar, shredded
  • 2 lbs. Italian cheese mix,shredded
  • 2 Tbls. Salt,pepper and ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 gallon +/- whole milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta until Al Dente. Drain and mix with all cheeses and seasoning. Put in large pan for baking. Add milk until about half way up side of pan. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes on 375. Pull back foil and stir well. Replace foil and bake another 20-25 minutes until cheese is fully melted. Serve while warm.
