Ingredients
- 6 catfish fillets
- 2 C dry bread crumbs
- 3/4 C parmesan cheese
- 1/4 C chopped parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3/4 C marg or cooking oil
- lemon wedges
Preparation
Step 1
combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese,
parsley, paprika, oregano, basil
S & P
dip catfish in melted marg or oil & roll
in crumb mix
arrange fish in well greased baking dish

bake @375 for 15 min or until fish flakes
easily
garnish w/ lemon wedges
