Ingredients
- 6-8 oz. of thinly sliced beef pounded
- 1 tsp olive oil
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 med. onion julienned
- optional green pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place meat in stainless steel bowl
2. add olive oil and s and p.
3. Toss together and place on griddle.
4. Sear it and then turn and sear other side (4 min each side)
5. Remove from heat and wrap in foil.
6. Add oil to griddle and cook onion and pepper.
7. Chop up meat and place on bun.
8. Add cheese to sandwich then add onions and peppers.
