Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • (5-oz each)
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 1/4 C catalina salad dressing
  • 4 1/2 tsp onion soup mix
  • 1 TBL grape jelly

Preparation

Step 1

in lg. nonstick skillet, brown chicken in
oil
transfer to shallow baking dish coated
w/ cooking spray
combine salad dressing, soup mix &
jelly
pour over chicken

bake, uncovered @350 for 25-30 min
