Ingredients
- 1 pkg. refrigerated pie crust
- 1/2 cup Splends, granulated
- 1 Tbs. all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 lg. granny apple..peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 cup chopped cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Fit one piecrust into a 9 in. pie plate according to pkg. directions. Combine all filling ingredients in a lg. bowl. Toss well land spoon mixture into pie crust. Unfold remaining piecrust and roll to 1/8 in. thickness. Place crust over filling; fold edges under and crimp. Cut slits in top to allow steam to escape. Bake 40-50 min. until crust is golden brown. Cover edges with aluminum foil to prevent overbrowning, if necessary. Cool on a wire rack one hour before serving.
