Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons oil
- 3 stalks celery chopped
- 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion diced
- 10 oz. box of frozen spinach (thawed)
- 2 Cans cream, of chicken soup
- 2 Cans water
- 32 oz. chicken broth
- family size package of cheese tortellini, half cooked

Preparation
Step 1
1. Put olive oil in bottom of large soup stock pot
2. Saute garlic, celery, carrots & onion until tender
3. Add frozen spinach break up block of spinach as you cook it continue to sauté until spinach is thawed then heats up.
4. Add cream of chicken soup and water
5. add chicken broth and then ass tortellini
6. Heat and serve
Best made the night before.
