Spanish Corn Dip

Delicious! Great for card club or Super Bowl!

Ingredients

• 1 c mayonnaise
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 can Ro-tel, undrained
• 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 can Mexican corn, drained
• 1/2 c black beans, drained and rinsed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve with tortilla chips.
