Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 C. brown sugar
  • 1/2 C. maple syrup
  • 2 T. butter, softened
  • 1/2 t. almond extract
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 1/4 t. allspice
  • 1/8 t. salt
  • 1 T. flour
  • 1 1/2 C. chopped pecans
  • 1 9 in. pie shell
  • 1/2 C. pecan halves

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°
Beat eggs. Add sugar, syrup, extracts, spices, salt and flour. Mix well. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour into crust. Arrange pecan halve on top of pie.
Bake until set, about an hour.
