  • 1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 T peanut butter or PB2 powder
  • 1/2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • Chia seeds
  • frozen mango
  • frozen blueberries
