Ingredients
- 1 can condensed chicken broth
- 18 oz jar apricot preserves
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 t Dijon mustard
- 3 1/2-4 lb boneless pork loin
Preparation
Step 1
Mix broth, preserves, onion and mustard in a bowl.
Cut roast to fit if necessary and place in a crock pot. Pour glaze over the meat. Cook on low 4-6 hours or high for 3.
