Ingredients
- 15 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red wine or cranberry juice
- 1 lg onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 med garlic
- 3 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
- 3/4 cup cream
Preparation
Step 1
put onion into oil and heat over med hi heat for 3 min
scald tomatoes and remove skins cut up and add to onions
cover and cook on low
add garlic and replace lid
add seasoning and wine
cover and cook 2 hrs on med low heat
