Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of warmed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 14 oz. flour
  • marg.
  • pam

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs until frothy, add warmed milk and beat
Slowly at flour until well blended.

Let sit for 30 minutes or so...

Spray muffin tins with Pam and fill with 1/2 tsp of marg.

Preheat oven to 425*.

Melt butter in oven until sizzling.

Fill muffin tins with batter and return to oven until grown and golden...

around 20 minutes...
