SALSA

Ingredients

  • 6 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 jalapenos seeded and finely chopped or 114ml can of diced
  • green chillies (drained)
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 fresh coriander
  • 4 tbsp lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil and stir for 10 minutes

Add onions and coriander and cook for another 5-10 minutes.

Refrigerate 1 week
